About The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executiveto join our team in India and drive business growth by targeting the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for amplifying the online traffic from search engines by optimizing and reviewing media components on the website and confront to industry best practices to deliver search engine friendly designs.
- Design and self-implement bespoke/customised SEO strategy for high-tier clients
- Innovate the agency’s SEO specialisation and service-offering
- Manage and train junior resources
- Undertake keyword research & competitor research
- Organising SEO project calendar
- Managing clients’ SEO campaigns
- On-Page SEO Optimisation (URLs, Meta Titles, Meta Description, Content, Schema etc)
- Off-Page SEO (Link Building)
- Managing link acquisition through outreach & being proactive with link-building
- Conduct technical SEO audits on prospective clients
- Planning SEO strategy in alignment with our proprietary methods
- Communicating closely with other team members
- Analysing Google Analytics & Google Data Studio
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other Organic metrics
- Data visualisation, setting up and managing reporting dashboards for clients
- Develop strategies and new ideas to improve clients’ campaigns
- Work closely with Account Managers on SEO component of their overall digital strategy
- Keep up with SEO trends & Google algorithm changes.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years SEO experience
- Excellent understanding of SEO fundamentals like optimizing URL’s, Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, etc.
- Excellent WordPress skills.
- Experience with link-building strategies.
- Extensive experience with using the following tools: SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
- Most importantly, a deep passion for all things SEO and Search Marketing!
